The GL-FCM5000W is a trinocular inverted metallographic microscope for Metallurgical Labs ,computer-based metallurgical microscope is equipped with infinity-corrected optics, delivering high-resolution imaging and featuring a trinocular viewing head alongside a modular functional design concept. The instrument supports polarized light, brightfield observation, and polarization contrast through its advanced epi-illumination system. Its compact, stable, and anti-vibration structure fulfills the rigorous requirements for ergonomic operation, providing user comfort and ample working space. Additionally, the FCM5000W can be integrated with microscope imaging software, making it ideal for the microscopic observation of metallographic structures and surface morphology in metallurgical, mineralogical, and precision engineering research.

Observation System:
The hinged binocular viewing tube is inclined at 45°, allowing the operator to avoid prolonged downward or straight-ahead viewing, thus effectively relieving neck and shoulder strain. The plan wide-field eyepieces provide a field number of up to φ22 mm, offering a broader and more comfortable view. They can also be fitted with rubber eyecups.

Mechanical Stage:
The microscope is equipped with a mechanically movable stage that includes a built-in rotatable circular stage plate. An irregularly shaped observation window in the plate accommodates specimens of various sizes for microscopic observation. During polarized light observation, the circular stage plate can be rotated to meet the requirements of polarization microscopy.

Illumination System:
Koehler illumination is adopted, with both the aperture diaphragm and the field diaphragm adjustable via a dial for smooth and convenient control. The polarizer can be rotated 360° to adjust the polarization angle, enabling the observation of microscopic images under different polarization states.
